No benefit at all! The owner's manual prescribes 87 octane. If you must do your own thing----at least go only one step to "PLUS." High octane was blended to meet the demands of very high compression. It is the compression that gives the power--not the high octane. The high octane allows high compression compatibility, by being a SLOW burning fuel, thus no pinging (pre-ignition).
